The rockers were pretty shot.  Classic Industries had rocker panels in their catalog.  We removed the rocker panels and welded in the new rocker panels.
 

We found out that the truck had been in a wreck.  The cab corner had rusted through and was mangled pretty good.  The reproduction cab corner would take care of this problem.
